Celebrate the arrival of spring with aweekendofrare wines,new vintage releases,live music andSpanish-inspired food.

Our annual Budburst Celebration marks the beginning of a new season in the vineyard, when the first signs of growth appear and another vintage begins its journey. Join the Hunter family for two days of exceptional wine tasting, featuring new releases, limited-production wines and special pours that are rarely available at the cellar door.

The Sunday of this year's event lands on World Paella Day so we also shine a spotlight on Tempranillo, one of Sanguine's most exciting varieties, perfectly paired with authentic paella and a relaxed spring atmosphere.

•  Rare and limited-release wines available for tasting throughout the weekend (11am to 5pm - Sat & Sun)
• Paella by Little Sangria (12.30pm - 2.30pm - Sun only).
• Live Music (12.30pm - 3.30pm) - Joining us Saturday is Rory Newman and on Sunday is duo Kira J and Pat Evans performing for the first time at Sanguine Estate.

This year's Budburst Celebration places a special focus on Tempranillo, showcasing both our vibrant flagship Tempranillo as well as our Tempranillo, Grenache Cabernet Franc blend and the limited-release Reserve Tempranillo. Enjoy them alongside authentic Spanish-style paella from Little Sangria for a perfect spring pairing and to celebrate World Paella Day.
