Sanguine Estate Wines – Cellar Door

At Sanguine Estate Wines, we are committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all guests. We want everyone who visits our cellar door to enjoy our wines, hospitality, and stunning surroundings in comfort and safety. While we acknowledge that our property may not be perfect, we are continually working to improve accessibility and welcome feedback to help us on that journey. We’re more than happy to chat over the phone to better understand your needs and to provide details about our facilities ahead of your visit.

Physical Access

• Our cellar door is accessible to guests using wheelchairs or mobility aids, with step-free access available.

• A doorbell positioned at an accessible height is available at our front entrance for guests who may require assistance entering. If preferred, an alternative entrance can be arranged with prior notice—we’re happy to accommodate your needs.

• Our main tasting bar includes a lower counter section, thoughtfully designed to comfortably accommodate guests using wheelchairs.

• We offer a variety of seating options, including high bar tables and lower coffee tables, to cater to different preferences and accessibility needs.

• We have allocated a generously sized accessible parking space in our gravel car park, conveniently located closest to the entrance of our terrace. While there are no stairs leading to our beautiful terrace and cellar door, there is a moderate slope. We recommend contacting us in advance so we can provide more details and ensure your comfort and ease of access.

• The main tasting area, lounge spaces, and outdoor terrace are all on a single level with wide entryways.

• An accessible restroom is available on-site.

Sensory Considerations

• Our tasting experience can be tailored to suit individual needs—please feel free to let our team know if you require a quieter space or assistance navigating the venue.

• Guide dogs and service animals are always welcome.

Additional Assistance
